Day 1 HANOI
Welcome by our representative at the airport, transfer and check-in at
the hotel.

Day 2 HANOI
Exploration of the Vietnamese capital (Temple of Literature, Museum
of Ethnology, Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh...). Traditional water
puppet show.

Day 3 HANOI – MASTER PAGODA – KY SON
Head to the nearby village of Son Dong, specialized in furniture-making and
woodcarving, and visit the Thay Pagoda (Pagoda of the Master). Continue
to the small village of Ky Son.

Day 4 KY SON – DUONG LAM – HANOI – NIGHT TRAIN
Discover the villages of Duong Lam and Van Phuc, the latter specialized in
the production of natural silk. Return to Hanoi and transfer to the station
for the night train to Lao Cai.

Day 5 NIGHT TRAIN – LAO CAI – SAPA
Visit one of the region’s many mountain markets. Drive to Sapa and check-
in at the hotel. Sapa is home to over 30 ethnic minorities and Vietnam’s
highest peak, Mount Fansipan.
